What are the care instructions for IOAN clothes?
Instructions for how to care vary by material and are located on the inside label of each garment. You'll also find a WASH & CARE section on each product's page.
Organic cotton (undyed or naturally dyed)
You can take almost the same care of our organic cotton garments as you do of your other clothes.
Wash with similar colors
Machine wash warm
Tumble dry low
Iron low
Do not bleach
Do not use stain remover
Do not dry clean
Do not pour detergent directly on garments (indigo not affected)
Do not allow lemon and other acidic liquids to touch products dyed with iron salt and iron vinegar
Undyed alpaca
Hand wash alpaca clothing in warm water using shampoo or wool-safe detergent.
Then, lay flat, on a table and over a towel, to let dry.
Dry cleaning will help to renew the fibers.
Storing folded will help to retain their shape.
Recycled fibers
You can basically take the same care of our recycled fiber garments as you do of your other clothes.

Dry clean safe
Do not bleach
